Summary: Breakfast! Wasn’t able to get any because ran out of food and only one person working making it hard to keep up with the meal. Had trouble with the TV. Called for help. Parking lot was full had to park further away from the building we stayed in.

Summary: Service is poor, they do not do trash towels and sheets till day 4! Its too long. I also schedule a 4am shuttle service and confirmed and failed to schedule.

Summary: This was a last minute decision to travel from SC to New England for an overnight. We arrived late and found our accommodations absolutely perfect. In the morning Jarad went out of his way to be sure our stay was perfect. He is a great representative of Hilton. The kitchen staff presented a beautiful breakfast. It was dry. The house keepers were cordial and accommodating. Thank you everyone for making our stay seamless.

Summary: My family of 6 had a great stay in the 2 bedroom suite. Perfect size ensured we didn’t feel cramped. Breakfast was good and the staff who manned the breakfast did an amazing job keeping it stocked during a busy weekend
